Amendment #1 to House Bill 2554

Amend bill, by adding a new section Section 2.1. The sum of $80,000,000 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency for community violence grants for the 2021-2022 fiscal year. The appropriation under this section shall not lapse. The appropriation under this section shall be in addition to any appropriation under the act of June 30, 2021 (P.L.499, No.1A), known as the General Appropriations Act of 2021.

Amendment #2 to House Bill 2554

Amend bill, by adding a new section Section 2.2 TRANSFER TO SCHOOL SAFETY AND SECURITY FUND.--NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 1, 2022, THE SUM OF $60,000,000 SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE SCHOOL SAFETY AND SECURITY FUND IN THE STATE TREASURY FROM FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE III OF THE TAX REFORM CODE OF 1971.

Amend bill, by adding a new section Section 2.3. The sum of $100,000,000 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency for law enforcement grants for the 2021-2022 fiscal year. The appropriation under this section shall not lapse.
