Coronavirus Relief Fund Distributions to Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Universities
           
Act 2A of 2020 (SB 1108) appropriated $30 million to PASSHE for COVID-19 Relief.          
Act 24 of 2020 (HB 2510) enacted a distribution formula based on Fall 2019 headcount enrollment.          
           
PASSHE will disburse funds to the universities by July 15, 2020.          

Funds can be used to help cover costs to respond to COVID-19 that resulted from the disaster emergency.
