Act 2A of 2020 (SB 1108) appropriated $30 million to PASSHE for COVID-19 Relief. |

|
|
|
|
Act 24 of 2020 (HB 2510) enacted a distribution formula based on Fall 2019 headcount enrollment. |

|
|
PASSHE will disburse funds to the universities by July 15, 2020. |
|
|
|
|
|
Funds can be used to help cover costs to respond to COVID-19 that resulted from the disaster emergency.
