This Budget Briefing provides an overview of Gov. Wolf’s 2016/17 Executive Budget proposal. Gov. Wolf’s proposed 2016/17 state General Fund budget of $32.7 billion increases state expenditures by $2.2 billion, or 7.1 percent, after adjusting for proposed supplemental appropriations in 2015/16.
